Three detached dwellings within an established village setting

Architectural and planning services were provided to deliver a small residential scheme comprising three detached dwellings within the grounds of an established village site, alongside retained community facilities and existing residential uses.

The design was carefully developed to improve architectural coherence, internal layouts and the relationship between the new homes and their surroundings. Particular attention was given to scale, fenestration and material treatment to ensure the dwellings sat comfortably within the wider site and responded sensitively to neighbouring properties and retained landscape features.

Targeted design refinements were progressed through the planning process, allowing the scheme to be optimised while maintaining compliance with the approved development framework. These changes focused on improving liveability, privacy and visual clarity, without increasing overall impact.

We subsequently managed the discharge of planning conditions and prepared the full construction drawing package to support delivery on site, ensuring the scheme transitioned smoothly from planning into construction.
